Dear colleagues,

we wish you all a Happy New Year and hope you are ready to embark on a new active and exciting year.

At the board meeting in December we had – among a number of topics – a long discussion about the EUNET committees. As you know we already have 2 standing committees: the Committee on Content and Methodology and the Council on Development and Cooperation. Furthermore we would like to set up a new Youth Committee.

In all committees we will have a liaison to the board, who will not necessarily be the chair of the committee but might act as such. That is up to the committee.
Also the committees themselves define their working plan but in line with our statutes.

For all of the committees we want new members, and it is our plan to link committee meetings to the next board meeting, which will take place in Berlin on March 17th and 18th. Therefore, the committee meetings will hopefully take place prior to the board meeting on Sunday 16th to Monday 17th.

We kindly invite you to actively take part in the further development of our network.
