Cologne/Bonn airport is approached Europe wide by low-cost airlines, especially by Germanwings , TUIfly and airberlin. In addition to that Lufthansa also offers cheap flights to Cologne/Bonn.

Closest train station is Engelskirchen. You can take a taxi (on your own expense) from there to get to Gimborn.
Your travel will be more comfortable by using the train to Cologne/Bonn airport and take one of the EUNET shuttles busses from there. You could find a detailed description on how to get to Gimborn by train in the section "By car".

Participation fee and travel cost

The participation fee is 50 Euro to be paid cash (in Euro) upon arrival.

Accomondation is in single rooms. If you wish to stay in a double room the participation fee will be reduced to 40 Euro.

Travel cost could be reimbursed up to a maximum of 150 Euro per participant after turning in the original documents. Reimbursement will be transferred by bank account at the end of July after turning in the travel costs form (reimbursement only for those participants who attend the entire conference).
