Our conference venue is the Novotel Budapest Centrum in Budapest, which will accommodate us in single rooms, and most of the programme will take place there too.
A guided city tour of Budapest, in English, German and French will be organised for you.
Programme / time framework?
A few lectures, some interactive parts and our working groups will be in the centre of the programme which will start on the 19th with a joined buffet dinner at 19h and will end on the 22nd around noon.
Meetings of the board and the Youth Committee will take place at 16h on the 19th.
The General Assembly will include new elections of the board.
Registration will open in March 2017. There is no reason to try to make any pre-registrations. A new system for the registration will be introduced to secure one place per member organisation in the Annual Conference.
