May I enter – Role Play on the right of asylum

May I enterThe Centre européen Robert Schuman took the lead and developed together with EUNET the role play “May I enter” on the right of asylum. It is a role play featuring a group of refugees trying to escape to another country and deals with the plight of refugees as well as the social and economic arguments underlying the granting or refusal of asylum.

The simulation is a contribution to human rights education and active citizenship education. It’s available in English, German and French and free to use in non-for-profit educational settings.

The simulation could be played in a group of 6 to 20 persons and it will take approximately 60 minutes. A perfect duration to make it part of your next activities.
